The administrative department is a structural unit of WKSU and operates on the basis of the regulation on the administrative department in accordance with its work plan.

Objective: to determine the current and future need for personnel.

Tasks:

• the implementation of recruitment;
• organization of the competitive filling of teachers positions;
• The organization of the competitive replacement of posts of heads of structural units;
• certification of employees;
• the implementation of continuous monitoring of compliance with labor and executive discipline by employees of the university;
• maintenance of military registration of draftees and military service officers of the university;
• implementation of office work;
• accounting and registration of correspondence, control over the execution of orders, reports, instructions.
