    «ТЕМПУС»  145171-2008-ES-SMHES

Opportunities for international cooperation and exchange of experience are seen in the development of new educational trends, such as the internationalization and commercialization. One example of such cooperation in the implementation of WKSU them. M.Utemisov was a European Commission program "TEMPUS» 145171-2008-ES-SMHES «Creating socially beneficial universities based on" Research - Science - production (PERSEUS) and the establishment of the Centre for Development Research and Applied Research and Innovation) "project REDIC. The main objective is to enhance mutual cooperation between universities, participants and business environment in the region, in all possible areas, from employment of graduates, organizing refresher courses academic staff of the University for Business and ending with the promotion of scientific research staff and students (eg, fundraising, and so on.).
This project aims at the development of COOPERATION BETWEEN BUSINESS STRUCTURES OUR REGION AND OUR UNIVERSITY. Development and improvement of professional knowledge and skills for the establishment of the Centre for the development of applied research and innovation in the partner universities as part of the requirements and the implementation period of the project Tempus «PERSEUS». Support activities and initiatives of the Centre, which will promote cooperation with the University of manufacturing enterprises and society, promotion and expansion of applied research and innovation, according to the purpose of the project, as well as the strategic development plan of the University.

Therefore, to make college more active, useful and competitive in the region. To do this, WKSU, as a partner PERSEUS, a special department, equipped with office equipment and competent staff is supposed to work, having an idea of exactly how to organize everything (Research Development & Innovations Centers - REDIC).
From 22 -26 March 2010 passed training modules 1 and 2 - Practical Steps & Protection of Knowledge based on the University of Westminster. in Tashkent (Uzbekistan).

For example - the University of Lapland earns only $ 40 million annually, thanks to the joint business projects. Thus, we need to develop mechanisms to stimulate research and development at our university. The object of the analysis can be started at WKSU elements of innovation infrastructure: industrial and technological centers, personnel and expert consulting, as well as international experience and the possibility of its use in our environment. I think, for the development of business projects need to move on the classical scheme: to develop new research resources in the production of (natural, material, man-made, labor, financial), to investigate the factors of production (land, capital, labor) in all sectors. The formal approach can not always give a reliable picture of the specific characteristics of the actual functioning of the entire socio-economic system. This work may contain a large list of proposals to improve the cost-effective mechanisms of state regulation in this area: testing mechanisms and promotion of scientific and technological results in the market, support innovation-driven projects and the development of innovation infrastructure and small businesses, promising areas of cooperation between foreign and domestic public and private funds. Commercialization in the schemes of international cooperation: the experience of the implementation of partnership programs through foreign scientific and technological programs and funds, etc.

With this in general - that the developed infrastructure and a lot of potential opportunities in WKSU them. M.Utemisov, we also will be able to operate successfully in this direction.
