LIST OF DOCUMENTS,
submitted to the Academic Council by applicants for academic titles
- An extract from the minutes of the EP/ department meeting indicating the courses taught (and the number of credits), the main publications used in the educational process, and the range of scientific interests of the applicant.
- Extract from the minutes of the faculty council meeting.
- An application (in any form) addressed to the rector, the chairman of the Academic Council of the university for consideration of the issue at a meeting of the Academic Council with the signatures of the head of the department, the dean of the faculty, the vice-rector for research and international relations (it is necessary to indicate the research and teaching experience and the length of service as an associate professor/professor, the number of scientific papers and students (if any), monograph/textbook/study guide).
- A personal record sheet with a photograph, certified by the administrative department.
- A copy of the work record book, certified by the administrative department (extract from the order on work in scientific and teaching positions for those who worked at 0.25/0.5 rates in the position of associate professor/professor).
- Notarized copies of diplomas confirming academic degrees and titles.
- Certificate of applicant for an academic title (sample attached).
- List of publications in international peer-reviewed journals (sample attached).
- List of scientific papers published after defending a dissertation/obtaining the academic title of associate professor, where the papers are listed by The list of scientific works must be certified by the university's academic secretary.
* Note: One month before making a decision on the application, the Academic Council posts electronic and scanned versions of the certificate in the form according to Appendix 1, the list of the applicant’s publications, including the list of publications in international peer-reviewed journals in the form according to Appendix 2 on the university’s Internet resource.
