It is known thatfollowing program articles of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan-Leader of the Nation N.A. Nazarbayev were published, namely, “Looking to the future: modernization of public consciousness” from April 12, 2017, and “Seven faces of the great steppe”from November 21, 2018, which took a special place in public life.These program articles became the main one for the modernization of the public consciousness of the country's population.
Within the framework of the “Rukhani zhangyru” program, the educational institution developed a Concept and adopted a “Road map” for the implementation of systematic work in the main areas of articles. To systematize work in this direction, the “Rukhani Zhangyru”Institute was opened in September 2017. Doctor inHistorical Sciences, associate Professor Tasmagambetov Asset was assigned as the first Director of the Institute. From January 2019 Doctor of pedagogical Sciences, Professor Kydyshev Abatcontinued as the director of the Institute “Rukhani Zhangyru”.
The University conducts informational and educational activities on program articles. The work is carried out according to the media plan. 300 articles have been published in the mass media, as well as participation in television programs of the faculty, staff, undergraduates and students of the University. The program article “Looking to the future: modernization of public consciousness” is published on the main page of the University portal, on the website of faculties. Information on the implementation of the program is posted in social networks. The academic buildings and the Assembly hallsof the Universityare decorated by posters and the university is provided by broadcast on educational television. The conference-hall “Rukhani zhangyru” for events is open.
The project is provided with scientific and methodological literature. 20 scientific and practical conferences of different levels, 40 round tables, 15 seminarswere held. An important area is the publication of scientific and methodological articles, preparation of monographs and textbooks. During the reporting period, about 300 scientific and methodological articles and more than 20 monographs related to the “Rukhani Zhangyru” program were published.
The purpose of the “Rukhani Zhangyru” Institute is to conduct comprehensive work on the main areas of program articles of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan-Leader of the Nation Nursultan Nazarbayev: “Looking to the future: modernization of public consciousness” and “Seven faces of the great steppe”.
Tasks of the “Rukhani Zhangyru”Institute:
- formation of patriotism in the student youth environment;
- education through spiritual values;
- improvement of personal qualities, raising the level of consciousness;
- methodological support for the organization of scientific, educational and educational events.
