About Department

The Department of Public Development at Makhambet Utemisov West Kazakhstan University was established on September 01, 2023.
The purpose of the Department of Public Development at Makhambet Utemisov West Kazakhstan University: is to establish cooperation between the university’s student youth and public organizations, as well as scientific, educational, and upbringing institutions in West Kazakhstan Region and Oral, with the aim of shaping the future of the country and developing students as future professional specialists; to organize comprehensive events jointly with experts in relevant fields; and to carry out systematic work in accordance with the national concept of the National Kurultai of Kazakhstan - “A Just Person -Honest Labor - Fair Income.”
Tasks of the Department of Public Development at Makhambet Utemisov West Kazakhstan University:

- to foster among students the qualities of a patriot of Kazakhstan who deeply understands civic responsibility;

- to facilitate the establishment of cooperation with public organizations, as well as scientific, educational, and upbringing institutions during the process of forming the personality of a future professional specialist;

- to recognize national values as the foundation of national upbringing and as a key condition for the spiritual renewal of society;

- to organize comprehensive activities aimed at studying and promoting the doctrine of Abai Kunanbayev “The Complete Human” as a path of education and science, moral development, self-knowledge, and personal formation.
