There are taken practical steps to implement the effective implementation of the Bologna Process parameters at M. Utemissov WKSU: introduced a three-tier high education system; implemented the modular educational programs, double-degree program; created a network consortium of universities, carried out academic mobility, academic exchanges between the partner universities.
The integration to the international educational space provides for an increase of academic mobility of students, it is important factor in being of personality as specialists, in demand both in the internal and external labor market.
Forms of academic mobility at M.Utemissov WKSU are quite varied:
- cademic exchanges of students, included and modular training;
- semester training;
- joint double-degree programs;
- passing the educational (research, externship) practice;
- passing the internship;
- summer semesters at partner universities.
To provide academic mobility are used as bilateral agreements with partner universities, and participation in consortium of universities, in exchange programs of international funds (Erasmus Mundus, DAAD, Tempus, IASTE and etc.).
Students of our university go out to the cities of the Russian Federation – Moscow, Ulyanovsk, Saratov, Samara, Volgograd, Elista, Orenburg, Tolyatti, Ufa, Perm and etc. to undergo modular training on a number of disciplines and specializations and a semester education. More than one hundred and fifty students of our university trained in Russian partner universities.
In addition, more than fifty students had studied a semester at Kazakhstan universities: L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Astana, Kazakhstan), Al Farabi Kazakh National University (Almaty, Kazakhstan), Abay Kazakh National Pedagogical University (Almaty, Kazakhstan), T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts (Almaty, Kazakhstan), Eurasian Technological University (Almaty, Kazakhstan), M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University (Shymkent, Kazakhstan), K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional State University (Aktobe, Kazakhstan), Kh. Dossmukhamedov Atyrau State University (Atyrau, Kazakhstan) and etc.
About one hundred students had trained at the universities of far abroad - Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun (Poland), Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz (Poland), Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz (Germany), University of Otto von Guericke in Magdeburg (Germany), Mississippi Valley State University (Itta Bena, USA), Ardahan University (Ardahan, Turkey), Sungkonghoe University (Seoul, Korea) and etc.

Academic mobility for 2016-2019
The University is actively developing academic mobility (external and internal). Over the past 3 years 112 students and undergraduates have been trained under the mobility program in Kazakhstan universities. Recently, there has been a trend of increasing internal mobility in the Republic of Kazakhstan. As part of the internationalization of the University is working with invited foreign scientists. 6 of them were visited by a top Manager, doctor of Philology, Professor Anna Banchkovskaya from the Republic of Poland under the program of MES RK "attraction of foreign scientists for teaching". In 2016 and 2017, the Director of the Institute of multilingualism was a visiting scholar from South Korea, Dr. Jung Hyun Li. In General, over the past 3 years, the number of invited foreign scientists amounted to more than 40 people (CIS countries, Poland, Germany, South Korea, USA, India, etc. b.). 6 foreign scientists from Poland, Germany and Italy are expected to arrive in 2019 in coordination with the FEPO MES.
Recently, the work on the program of double-degree education has been actively developing. Currently, the University has signed agreements with six Russian partner universities and implements two-year training programs:" Defectology "(Bashkir state University, Russia);" intercultural communication in professional activities", "Economics and management of oil and gas enterprises" (Ufa state oil and gas technical University, Russia)," Russian Philology: Russian language and literature"," Social pedagogy", "Russian dictionary and journalism" (Saratov state University). Chernyshevsky). For 2019, it is planned to conduct joint exercises with the University of enconomics in Bydgoszcz (Poland) in the specialty" Management". Currently, 79 students are enrolled in the double-degree program. The title "Best teacher of the year" was awarded to 7 teachers of the University.
The implementation of the academic mobility program at the University
In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 116 dated 30.03.2022, as well as on the basis of Order No. 1 dated 4.01.2019, the Department of International Relations and Multilingualism provided a state service for accepting documents from 25 applicants wishing to travel abroad under the academic mobility program. In accordance with Order 613 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 613 dated 19.11.2008, a package of documents from 25 applicants was received through the university's office, which was subsequently sent to the competition commission for consideration. As a result of the selection on 17.05.2022, 8 winners were determined (1st place USA, 7 places - Europe), meeting the selection criteria specified in Order No. 613. The competition was held with the involvement of independent experts in the selection committee - representatives of public associations, deputies, etc.

In the current academic year, there is an increase in student participation in the academic mobility program. Compared to the last 2020/21 academic year, the department managed to increase the rate of student participation in mobility, exceeding the indicator of the 2021/22 academic year by 140%. In this regard, I would like to note the work of the consultant-translator Umetalieva Aigerim Kazbekovna, who made great efforts to organize the mobility of university students, coordinate individual curricula and fill in the mobility database in the Unified system of management of higher education.
It should also be noted that 100% of the development of grants of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for academic mobility allocated to the ZKU for the 2021 calendar year. As a result of an open competitive selection held on September 3, 2021, 12 winners were determined and sent for semester studies to universities in Poland (University of Economics and Kazimierz the Great University in Bydgoszcz).

Suleimenova (30.05-15.06.22), Associate Professor of the Department of Biology Alzhanova B.S. (07.02-18.02.22), lecturer of the Department of Jurisprudence Bazargalieva Zh.A. (15.11-26.11.21). In the 2021-2022 academic year, 9 foreign scientists were involved, 4 of them from the Republic of Poland (Prof. Anna Dluzhevskaya, prof. Slawomir Kaczmarek, Prof. Darius Dambrowski, Prof. Marek Matsko) and 5 scientists from the Russian Federation: I.V. Golovachev (Astrakhan State University), V.V. Silantyev (KFU, Kazan), A.G. Bakiev (Institute of Ecology of the Volga Basin of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Samara), A.P. Laktionov (Astrakhan State University), A.V. Davygora (Orenburg State Pedagogical University). Polish colleagues and associate Professor I.V. Golovachev. They were invited as part of a project to attract foreign scientists to the teaching activities of universities at the expense of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
