The testing laboratory of ecology and biogeochemistry (TLEB) is structural division of RSE on ERM "Makhambet Utemissov West Kazakhstan state university".
The testing laboratory is accredited in the system of accreditation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to compliance to requirements of CR of RK ISO/IEC 17025-2009 "The general requirements to competence of testing and calibration laboratories" and has the existing certificate of accreditation No. KZ.I.09.1186 from 10/26/2016 and is certified on ISO 9001-14001.

Purposes of the laboratory:
- carrying out tests and assessment of results of a research of a condition of various objects of the environment, collecting and interpretation of data;
- ensuring completeness and correctness of carrying out tests on the basis of requirements of normative documents, objectivity and reliability of their results;
- ensuring continuous functioning of the quality system of chemical analysis tests;
- development of new techniques of the carried-out measurements, measuring instruments and the test equipment;
- the organization of professional development of experts for the purpose of ensuring tests with the required accuracy, a timely certification according to a relevant provision and recommendations
In the activity TLEB is guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulations, state standards and other normative documents of the State system of technical regulation, the system of accreditation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensuring unity of measurements and the approved Provision TL.
The services rendered by testing laboratory of ecology and biogeochemistry - carrying out tests of the following types of production:
• The chemical analysis of samples of potable water according to the following characteristics:
Organoleptic indicators, chlorides, general rigidity, active chlorine, fluorides, pine forest, dry rest, nitrates, sulfates;
Heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Co, Ni, Fe, Mn).
• The chemical analysis of samples of natural water on contents:
Cationic- anion structure (pH, CO32-, HCO3-, K+, Na3, Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl-, SO42-);
Insoluble substances in water, rigidity, general alkalinity, oxidability, dry rest, active chlorine, general phosphorus, pine forest, oil products.
• The chemical analysis of vegetable samples on contents:
Biofilny elements (N, P, K);
Organoleptic indicators, mass fraction of moisture, crude ashes;
Sodium, calcium, nitrites, nitrates;
Heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Co, Ni, Fe, Mn).
• The chemical analysis of soil samples in the following parameters:
Cationic- anion structure of a water extract (pH, CO32-, HCO3-, K+, Na3, Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl-, SO42-);
Humidity, specific conductivity, pH of a salt extract, the sum of the absorbed bases, hydrolytic and exchange acidity, mobile sulfur, exchange ammonium and aluminum, nitrates, capacity of cationic exchange;
Biogenic elements (N, P, K) and organic substances of the soil;
Heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Co, Ni, Fe, Mn).
• The chemical analysis of samples of water for flooding of oil layers on the following indicators:
- pH (hydrogen indicator);
- hydrogen sulfide;
- oil.
