    Dear students, teachers, staff!

    Considering the importance of the upcoming events to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, permission has been received from the editorial boards of the newspapers Pravda, Izvestia, Literaturnaya Gazeta, Krasnaya Zvezda, the magazine Ogonyok (editorial board of the Kommersant newspaper), the National Library of Belarus (holder of the partisan press collection) to provide free access to the archives of wartime publications (1941-1945) to readers of libraries of higher educational institutions in Russia and the CIS countries for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2025.
