1. Before the start of the academic year, the student must complete training in the Platonus (Tasks) automated information system to work remotely. To do this, the student will have to arrive at the distance and online learning center at the appointed time. Without a mark of completion, admission to the educational platform will be closed.

2. Further, the center's methodologists will send information on training by e-mail. In this regard, the provided email address must be correct. Also, the student must provide several contact phone numbers.
3. The educational process according to the schedule includes the following types of educational activities:

• training sessions - 80% of full-time education and 20% of distance learning are provided for pedagogical specialties, law, choreography, musical art. For the rest of the university's specialties, 50% of full-time education and 50% of distance learning are provided;
• practice (to gain professional skills) - full-time;
• intermediate certification - in person;
• state final certification - in person.

4. According to the schedule of the educational process, examination sessions are held twice a year.
5. In accordance with Article 98 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 No. 414-V, employees studying in educational institutions are granted study leave for:

• preparation and passing tests and exams;
• preparation and defense of a thesis (project);
• for passing the final state exams.

6. When working independently, you should use:

• recommended educational and reference literature;
• Scientific library of the M.Utemisov WKU library.wku.edu.kz

7. Students weekly according to the class schedule (wku.nnsoft.kz//timetable ) must attend lectures, complete assignments in the Platonus (Tasks) information system https://platon.nnsoft.kz / as well as control and term papers on disciplines in accordance with the curriculum in order to gain admission to the examination session. The verification of completed tasks in the information system is carried out by teachers on a weekly basis with the addition of points to an electronic journal.
8. Only those students who do not have tuition arrears and who have received a rating (passing score for exams) are allowed to take the exams. The student who fails to attend the examination session for a valid reason (illness, childbirth, hospitalization, funeral of a close relative) is additionally assigned an exam deadline. To do this, it is necessary to apply to the dean with a statement, which will set out a request for an extension, indicating a valid reason and supporting documents. It is recommended to inform the methodologists about the inability to participate in the session in a timely manner.

9. The student is transferred to the next course on condition of passing all exams provided for in the curriculum for this course.
10. The student may be expelled from the university on the following grounds:

• at his own request;
• for academic failure;
• for not fulfilling the terms of the contract.
