allocation of beds in hostels

In accordance with subparagraph 46-13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 “On Education” I ORDER: 1. To approve the attached rules for the allocation of places in the dormitories of state educational organizations. 2. To the Department of Higher, Postgraduate Education and International Cooperation (Omirbayev S.M.), in the manner prescribed by law, to ensure: 1) the state registration of this order at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the official publication of this order; 3) the placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 3. Heads of state educational organizations are guided by these Rules for the distribution of places in hostels. 4. The control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Balykbayev, T.O. 5.
