Autobiography

Kydyrshaev Abat Satybayevich was born on November 15, 1963 in the village of Tailanbay, Kirov (Zormata) village council, Tengiz (Kurmangazy) district, Guryev (Atyrau) region.  In 1981, Abat Satybayevich graduated from the Krupskaya secondary school in the village of Kotyaev in this district and received a certificate of Secondary Education. This year he entered the Faculty of Philology of the Uralsk Pedagogical Institute named after A. S. Pushkin, majoring in Kazakh language and literature, and in 1985 he graduated with honors from this educational institution.  In 1985, he started his career as a teacher of Kazakh language and literature at a secondary school named after K. Marx (now named after Abu Sarsenbayev) in Kurmangazy District of Atyrau region. In 1990, with a special invitation to the Uralsk Pedagogical Institute, he worked as an assistant, teacher of the Department of the Kazakh language, head of the departments "Kazakh linguistics", "Kazakh linguodidactics", "Kazakh language and literature and theory of learning", Dean of the faculties of philology, Kazakh language and literature, pedagogy. In 2009-2011, he worked at the West Kazakhstan agrarian and Technical University named after Zhangir Khan as vice-rector for educational and social work, head of the Departments of "vocational education", "Kazakh and Russian languages". In 2011-2018, he held the positions of Dean of the faculties of pedagogy, philology, culture and art of the West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov, director of the Research Centers for the development of multilingual education, "Makhambet", the Institute for humanitarian research "Makhambet". Since January 2019, he has been the director of the Rukhani zhangyru Institute.

In 1995, he graduated from graduate school of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai. For the first time in the country, he defended his Ph. D. thesis on the topic "methodological heritage of Akhmet Baitursynov" (1995), for the first time-his doctoral dissertation on the topic "scientific and methodological foundations of teaching Eloquent studies" (for humanitarian departments of higher educational institutions) (2001). In the journal" Zhalyn "a large – scale scientific and methodological article" Akhmet Baitursynov-methodologist "(Almaty, 1993, No. 3), in the journal" School of Kazakhstan " (Almaty, 2000., №4, №5, №6) for the first time, a series of scientific and methodological articles on the principles, forms and methods of teaching the basics of eloquence (rhetoric) was published in the country. The Monographs" methodological heritage of Akhmet Baitursynov "(Uralsk, 1998)" scientific and methodological foundations of teaching Eloquent studies "(Almaty, 2000)," pedagogical rhetoric " (Uralsk, 2022) were published. Abat Satybayuly is the first author of the textbook "Eloquent Studies" in the Republic, making a great contribution to the development of the state language and training of specialists. Today, the textbook" Eloquent Studies " is in great demand, and the textbook has been published three times (2004; 2013; 2015). In the scientific journal" Bulletin of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan "(Almaty, January-December 2013), he opened the heading" public speaking in the education system " and published a series of articles on the field of Science Monthly throughout the year.  In the issue No. 6 of the Republican literary and artistic, popular magazine "Tan-Sholpan" for 2021 (Almaty, November-December, 150-154-p.), Under the heading "Galymin sozyn", a problematic article "artistic work-a source of spiritual revival" was published.  2004-2007 member of the dissertation Council D14.09.04 for awarding the degree of Doctor of philology, Pedagogical Sciences (candidate) at the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, 2007-2008. In 2010, he was a member of the dissertation Council d 14.61.27 for the award of the degree of Doctor of philology, Pedagogical Sciences at Kokshetau State University named after sh. Valikhanov. The direction of the professor's research work: methods of teaching the Kazakh language, rhetoric (rhetoric), theory and practice of teaching oratory, rhetoric in pedagogical, technical universities and secondary schools, methods and technologies of its teaching, pedagogical rhetoric, pedagogy and psychology of linguistics, pedagogy and psychology of literary studies, ethnopedagogy, Akhmet studies, makhambet studies, farabit studies, Abay studies, problems of Eloquent studies and Kazakh aphoristics.

He has authored more than 500 scientific papers related to these areas, including 50 articles in scientific journals submitted by the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 7 articles in foreign journals, including 4 articles in high-ranking publications, 3 monographs with a total volume of 112 articles, 150 articles in collections of international conferences. The scientist-teacher's articles were published in publications, scientific collections of the Russian Federation, USA, China, Turkey, Brazil, Czech Republic, etc. Under the scientific guidance of Abat Kydyrshayev, birshogyr's students are engaged in large-scale research and experimental work, engaged in the problem of preschool language education, teaching public speaking in primary, secondary, and senior grades, teaching rhetoric in higher educational institutions (teaching pedagogical rhetoric in pedagogical educational institutions, the formation of speech culture, eloquent speech skills of leading students). Under the scientific supervision of Professor A. S. Kydyrshayev, 2 candidates of Sciences were developed and 30 masters were trained. He is the author of 50 textbooks, 5 Electronic manuals, 13 educational programs and 25 teaching aids recommended by the Academic Council of the University for students and undergraduates studying in the specialties of Kazakh language and literature, philology: Kazakh language, pedagogy and psychology, etc., school teachers in the amount of 200 printed sheets.  Under the guidance of Professor A. S. Kydyrshayev, 7 author's courses were prepared ("Akhmet studies", "Eloquent studies", "fundamentals of speech culture", "pedagogical rhetoric", "Makhambet studies", "culture of language communication", "culture of Eloquent speech"). The programs of these courses have been developed and published. On a regular basis, master classes were held on all courses, and a course of lectures was developed. Currently, the methodological and auxiliary tool "Rukhani zhangyru: the case of introducing the new generation to national spiritual values, a clear goal, specific tasks" has been published under the authorship of the professor.

Winner of the Certificate of honor of the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan ( 2007), Certificate of honor of the Ministry of Culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2018), badge of the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "for merits in the development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (2012), winner of the International Prize named after Makhambet (March 14, 2022).

In addition to conducting a large-scale and fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity, Abat Satybayevich also takes an active part in the social and cultural life of the country and the region. Member of the people's Democratic Party of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Amanat", member of the Bureau of the society "Kazakh Tili" of the West Kazakhstan region.  "Vocational education" (2009-2010), "rhetoric" (2010), "Tagylym", "healthy lifestyle" (2011-2012), "polyglot" (2012-2013), "school of rhetoric" (2013-2014), "Patriot" (2014-2016), "makhambet dauysy" (2013-2016), responsible editor of the Bulletin (newspaper within the newspaper) "culture and art" (2017-2019), "Ruhani Zhangyru" (2019-2020), "journalist" (2016-2022).

Today, Professor Abat Satybayevich Kydyrshayev is the only scientist in Kazakhstan who makes a great contribution to the study of teaching methods, theory and practice of public speaking, methods and technologies of teaching rhetoric in higher educational institutions and secondary schools.
